Up for your consideration is a beautiful vintage table runner, or dressser scarf. It measures 37" long x 15" wide. The fabric has a nice texture to it, I believe it to be linen. It has very well done hand work embroidery, repeated on both ends, and a hand crocheted edge all the way around.This comes from the days when women made lovely accents like this for their hope chests and their homes. It is in great condition. But, it does have a couple of very small brown spots on it, common from washing in iron-rich water, and from use on tables and buffets.
