This magnificent Red Bird 24% Lead Crystal Three Leg Vase with etched bird on one of the legs. The vase was made by Hofbauer/Nachtman and Company in West Germany. This German based business is no longer in operation so their merchandies are much sought after by collectors. This is especially true when it comes to the crytsal items from their famour Byrdes Collections.
The vase is in Excellent Used Condition. (EUC) and it is a very heavy vase, about 3 pounds. The three leg vase stands about 6" inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wides on top, the base measures about 4 inches wide.
I have several of the Red Bird Cystals, however two of them are doubles. I obtained all of my Red Bird Cystals, while my husband and I were stationed in Germany.
There are no stratches, chips or crackes on the vase. The estimate selling price for this item is $43.99
