I honsetly can't tell you. When I ordered cloth diapers for my daughter, they came free and I've never used them. Sorry I can't be more helpful.. You may (or may not) find the link below helpful. It has a few reviews of the bum genius baby legs.

I have a few Babylegs, and we love them! My son is quite chubby, but these don't cut into his thighs at all, they do tend to slide down with his active movement, but the are GREAT! :)
