Man I keep bidding on it on my iPhone and on everything I bid on as soon as I hit bid it immediately says I have been outbid I don't get it it won't move even if I refresh it untill I hit bid then mysteriously boom! They have out bid me. What's up?? Lol

LOL, I know what you mean !!!
When I first started bidding on here it seemed like that to me too, but all that means is that someone else started out with a larger initial bid than you did !!!
Let's say you bid 2500 on an auction where the starting bid is 100, the system only shows enough of your bid to make you the high bidder, so it will only show a bid of 100 even though you bid 2500, and until someone else bids more than 2501, you will be the high bidder and every one else that bids lower than 2501 will automatically be "outbid" until the bid reaches 2501 !!!
Clear as mud huh !?!?
