This is a USPS Issued Book of eight 22c Stamp Collecting stamps. They are in mint condition, never hinged or taken out of the book. The book is complete. Can even be used to mail letters in the mail today. These stamps are not computerized reproduction reprints or replicas. The stamps shown in the photos are the exact stamps the winner will receive.
