This beautiful heart necklace is crafted in 925 Sterling Silver. The clasp is marked 925 Italy. The chain is dainty and is 18" in length. It has a 1.20 Carat Ruby and a Diamond Accent set in the side. The diamond looks to be a chip and is hard for me to get a pic of...sorry.
