These 5 stamp bicentennial sheets were created for Interphil '76..the International Philatelic Exhibition held in Philadelphia, our nation's birthplace. .Valid for postage they are issued mainly for collectors. Fewer then 2 million were made of each and, with such a small number, only one collector in ten can ever hope to own a complete set.(paraphased from Mystic Stamp Catalog)
