This is a USPS Issued piece of paper, printed by the Treasury Department, in compliment to the 43rd Annual Convention of the Society of Philatelic Americans. This is the paper print of the 10c Great Smokey Mountain stamp. The plate number of this sheet is 21696. It is in Mint Condition, never hinged and has glue on the reverse, so it can be stamped on paper. This is my last one. The item shown in the photo is the exact item the winner will receive.
