I got this for my boxer but never used it,she'd rather lay in my lap while I'm driving There is one val-co strap that will need to be sewed on. It would only need to sow a 3 inch wide strap and that will fix it. I have no machine

I don't know the measurements,all I know that it fits my medium size Boxer perfect.she is pictured in my flea spray auction.
