This thing is great. I just bought one myself. It's perfect for teething.
My early childhood development sister told us its important to be introducing new textures instead of just always the same smooth pacifier.

sort of...as more of a toy and not for very long. my son wouldnt use it so my older daughter used it as a toy for her dolls! thanks for asking/looking!
