One missing pearl-no bend settings-no damage and it appears it is vintage. I have no idea of its age and year?

There is a pearl missing. Stone setting is not bent. No damage to the pandent. There are letters at the bottom but I can't read what it says? I have bad eyes. I have no idea the age or year it was made? It could be vintage.Thank you for asking and good luck!
