Description

The listing, Ruby's, Diamond's & Sapphire's!! Red/White & Blue!! has ended.

This is a pair of costume earrings that will show your patriotism!

They are clip on earrings (that are easily changed over to post style! Just google it!)

When you wear them, you have a stream of red/white & blue (faux) rubys, diamonds & blue sapphires, sparkling around your face!

I felt sure that they were Trifari earrings, since they were my mother-n-laws & she was notorious for buying them, but I can't find a mark or stamp of any kind on them! But rest assured, they are top quality costume jewelry!

The important, yet boring, rules!!!

1. I will ONLY ship to a Listia stored & verified address!
2. If you do not respond to my emails, after an auction, within 7 days, with your Listia address, I will keep the item & credits then relist it....(per Listia rules)
3. I will ship each item as inexpensively as possible & provide tracking ONLY on the items that you have agreed to pay 1/2of the cost OR on any item that I deem expensive enough to require it.

My home is NOT a smoke free nor pet free home....however, I do keep all of my auction items in a cedar trunk until time for shipping! If this is a deterrent towards your bidding, I am sorry.

There is no such thing as "unsigned vintage Trifari." Trifari signed virtually all of their pieces, and even ran ads to let people know that if a piece was not signed, it was not Trifari. A few lesser manufacturers copied some Trifari designs, but Trifari was diligent about protecting their designs and patented most of them until the copyright law was modified in 1955 to include protection for jewelry designs. So if it was Trifari it would be signed. however, these are beautiful and just could be real stones.

I know all of this info about Trifari, as I have done extensive research on all of the pieces that I inherited. If you'll go back and reread the info, you'll see that I said, twice, that these are "costume" pieces and even said they are "faux" stones. I only mentioned Trifari because I had expected them to be Trifari as that was almost all that she bought and these were in the lot of Trifari jewelry that I inherited. But I said since there was no stamp/mark on them that they were just top quality costume jewelry. I appreciate you stopping by and the Trifari lesson...they are gorgeous earrings so good luck if you bid. :)
