There are seven different USPS Issued 4c Champion of Liberty, Mint Never Hinged, Plate Blocks. These stamps are not computerized reprints or replicas. But are actual USPS Issued Plate Blocks of four stamps on each block. The stamps shown in the photo are the stamps the winner will receive. Comes from a non-smoker/pet free home.
