I know what you mean with the pictures. Mine always leaves a glare if you don't get it right. I have to take 3 or 4 pics for i get the right angle. its a pain sometimes

yes i had to call the company with my sons phone and card.... but that is a security step... if all you had to do is slide it in your phone then anyone could still the card and it work ... his phone has and is still working and it's been 10 months.....

it is bran new and yes it will work in a phone all they winner has to do is call the phone company and register the card to their phone
