This auction is for a Official USPS 2006 Christmas "Teddy Bear on a Rocking Horse". This item is in excellent condition. Actually will rock when pushed. Was for representing the 15c toy stamp, as shown in the photo. This item has the original tag, also shown. Would make a lovely gift or decoration for your home. The USPS does not issue these type toys/decoration anymore. They are somewhat hard to find. Comes from a non-smoke & pet free home.
