This will surprise many of you, but this is a lightly cancelled USPS Issued "2c U.S. Inter. Rev. Washington" stamp. The stamp is in great condition for it's age. I am not sure when this stamp was issued. This is not a reproduction reprint or replica. I have two of which I am listing both. I will be starting this high too. The stamp shown in the photo is the exact stamp the winner will receive.
