151-175=33 points
176-200=39 points
If bidding gets to 201 point tiers will triple: i.e.
201-225= 54 points (18 caps)
226-250= 63 points
251-275= 72 points
276-300=81 points
If bidding gets over 301 winner will receive 100 points!
