It's time to explain my life w/vintage jewelry. After having a rough time w/a loony tunes here on Listia I need to write this disclaimer~~~
~~~I am NOT a vintage jewelry expert. I know enough to be dangerous. I describe vintage pieces to the best of my ability. I can't tell the difference between glass beads, hard plastic, etc. I describe what I THINK the jewelry is! Of course, I make mistakes. I DON"T have to be on Listia. I could keep all this jewelry for myself. But I feel a certain responsibility to share what I have because I'm lucky enough to have these beautiful pieces from the past.
They all need to be seen & loved. If you have ever touched vintage jewelry you can feel the magic. Imagine if they could talk....I can share, but I make mistakes. Just enjoy the necklace or bracelet or ring for what it is~~~a link to our collective past...
Ask questions before you bid. Or DON"T bid if you think I am wrong.

Auction is for a vintage bracelet of goldtone S-links along with "X"s & clear & bright prong-set rhinestones. Bracelet is from the 1950s & is still in Excellent condition! Measures 7&1/2"in length & clasp closure works properly - even has the secure side clasps that lock on the box sides.

This is one of many vintage pieces I will be listing in the next few months/years! I do not clean vintage jewelry because I realize sometimes a patina is valued!

I totally feel ya on how people can be such brats on LIstia. Its like they forget THIS STUFF IS TECHNICALLY FREE and act like they're entitled to treatment like they're walking into Cartier and dropping half a mil. I am personnally sick of it. This is supposed to be a fun site, and it is, but some people tend to ruin it at times. BTW, I have always loved anything I have ever gotten from you and think you are very true to your word and incredibly reasonable. YOu are one of my favorite LIstians. BTW. FAnned and watching many of your auctions...including this one!
