The material is nylon and spandex. Comes with a matching panty. The panty is a thong with stretchy straps. Very comfortable and nice quality.

I would consider it true to size. If you have ever bought anything from the Avenue store, I would stick with that size.

I think a DD cup would be too big. Strap size I think would be a 1X.
