These are supposed to be destroyed by the U.S. Mint's contractor but some do slip out. This was from a rolled sheet of clad material where the blanks for the quarters were stamped out. Very nice and a bragging piece for all your friends who do not have or have never seen before. Mailed correctly and shipped free.
