An invoice will be sent for the shipping charge AND fee through Paypal and the items will ship ONLY after receiving payment for the shipping cost. If your package is returned to me due to a missing apartment number, incorrect address or for whatever reason, I will NOT pay to ship it back out a second time. The shipping cost will be your responsibility and I will accept it through Paypal.
