This can be used in hot weather to keep you cool
It has moisture absorbing beads inside and they will swell one thousand times there size.
When center is dipped in cold water the beads absorb water and cloth stays cool
you can wrap around your neck for coolness or you can use whenever you have a fever to put on forehead .
It is great for children who are running fever, and when applied to forehead or back of neck it makes them feel so much cooler.
It measures 2 inches by approx. 44 inches.
This particular one is a construction builder. I have other designs also.

I am sorry I just noticed on my above comment I wrote it wrong, It should say once the beads are wet they will NOT shrink as they were at beginning and I apologize for this mistake. Hope this doesn't stop anyone from bidding, I try to be honest and it was a mistype on my part. Thanks so much
