Yes this is a picture of the actual vest. You can cut it to fit any size from small to extra large. It needs 2 yards of coordinating lining fabric that does not come with this auction. It comes with all the instructions. . It is really cute and what fun to wear during the holidays.

I'm sorry, not something I am comfortable making. I do mostly quilts and clothes for my granddaughters. Maybe you can find a friend or relative that could do it for you.

on no, this is a piece that you get in a fabric store. It is all printed with directions and everything. All you have to do is cut it out, cut out the lining and sew them together. Easy for anyone that sews, I seem to have problems sewing in the lining and that is why I didn't want to do it for you and why I am giving up this material.

Ok! I think I got it! Haha:) it comes with instructions, the fabric penguin pattern. All u have to do is measure ur size and sew it together right? Sorry I'm asking so many question!!! :(

The vest pieces are printed out on fabric. You have to cut them out. Then you put them on a fabric that you want to line it with and cut that out. Follow the directions and sew them together.
