Yes....USED postage stamps in black mounts..ready to put in an album.....these are what I e-mailed you in reference to, I think....for your dgt to begin to see if she really likes to collect them. This would be a good way to start. Stamps that have not been used are referred to as MINT or the MNH (mint never hinged). You don't want to put a stamp hinge on an unused stamp as it devalues it for a collector and is considered the value of a used stamp.
