Hi. I haven't ever used a prepaid phone before, but am interested in trying one out. Does this phone use minutes from a "card" like I've seen at the check-out lines at Wal-Mart? Also, are there any problems with the phone ... is it is good working condition? Thank you so much for you time, and also for listing this item!!! I will be watching =)

As long as it looks cheap I can get it to my Homeless Stepson in San Diego, And he won't have to worry about someone wanting to steal it. Like the last one. This will give him and me a way to communicate.
