***The Philadelphia Mint was the sole producer of US proof sets from 1936 until 1964.
***The last year of Franklin half.
AGED - browning envelope, opened envelope (BUT you are not here for envelope)
Beautiful coins have been in envelope protected by the two mint cardstock paper inserts.
Any scratching you see is on the cello wrapper from coin movement over years.
I can't guarantee if the movement has popped the cello seal,
