~ 3 ounces, Sterling Silver, Gorham silver. distributed long ago by Austin & Prescott. Beautiful piece for 130 years old! Dated and engraved "Mary 1890".

Is it marked Sterling?

If it was it is gone. I have also read that much Sterling back on the late 1800s or mid 1800s did not get marked sterling. This is a Gorham piece and it's solid.
