11.5x8in Plastic cover over paper on front. The papers are not binded anymore. Table of contents lists 38 pages but there are 50+ pages of info. Not all pages have the spiral binding holes. Extra papers given in class included. A lot of notation on some pages. Everything you ever need to know about alcohol, mixing drinks and formally tending a bar.
