These are extremely hard to find. Most companies are not even using these off rate stamps anymore, choosing to use labels. There are only so many of these in a bilk roll and nearly all get thrown away. This adds a premium in value. These are worth .75 cents-$2.50 each depending upon stamp and plate number. These are both on and off paper and all are in nice condition. This is cheap for all 44 stamps. Mailed correctly and shipped free.
