Made by my gma in 1950s. Don’t know original purpose. Maybe sewed on clothing. You’ll notice there are small holes in the middle of each.3 Red felt and a thick stiff lace carefully sewed on. 6.5in Large heart the lace is curled over on upper right side of large heart. 2 3.75in hearts
