Made sometime between 1952-1963 based on research.
5in felt vinyl record shaped. 3 music notes not attached to record. 4in white music note. Pink and red notes 1.5in.
Says they’re iron on but so old don’t know if still iron on. Plastic on sides is ripped but appliqués never used.
