Adorable vintage water slide decal of a brown bear cub, and two little fluorescent flowers.
I found this in a postcard collection from the early 60s.
These were typically used on a smooth hard surface like luggage or a travel trunk.
This does not come with the instructions, but I did find the instructions online and added them in the pictures. Check all the pictures for details.
