3.25x3in Vintage La Costa Tournament of Champions Golf Tournament. Took place at Omni LA Costa in Carlsbad. Exclusive PGA Event. This patch most likely from 1970s. The Champions 100 denotes some sort of special player, volunteer, or elite attendance.
