1 - you need to answer questions by using the reply button under the question (that way the person asking the question knows you have replied).
2 - you have to have no bids on an auction to do a GIN
3 - it is on the bottom of the auction screen (after you do edit) and you click on the Get it now button and put the amount you want for GIN.
