I have a boppy support band. I used this during my pregnancy and it was a life saver. Not only does it save your back. It helps support your growing belly!! I also used this after my C-Section. I loved using this for the extra back support!! This is a must have for any pregnant women or if you are recovering from a C-Section!! I had mine on July 13th and I'm still sore. It also was my first of 3 babies. My belly has finally gone down but in telling you this band was a life saver!
