this phone is auctioned AS IS! there is NO BACK! it works as you can see in pictures! It is in semi decent condition but you can order a back online for pretty cheap. It doesnt come with a charge UNLESS biddings go as high as 5000, then i will throw in a fully working charger!

as with ALL of my auctions, NO REFUNDS and FREE SHIPPING!

Winner will get this phone shipped as soon as i can, i only go to post office once a week. I will ship for free but if i dont receive your LISTIA verified address, then you forfeit your points and i can relist.

honestly i dont know. its my cousins who live here with me. but i do know it works and it charges... It is a cool phone, kind of reminds me of a blackberry type phone with a qwerty board

i doubt its a prepaid phone... i do know it was used as a us cellular contract phone. if you have any doubts, call us cellular or live chat with them on www.uscellular.com and ask them.

yes comes with a battery. Only thing missing is the back cover, which can get pretty cheap on amazon or ebay. Also, i will probably be throwing in a charger as well. i got it with it... so it pretty much comes with it. :)

i wrote to one person if you read the whole thing, that i would most likely just throw in the charger anyways... the reason i wrote that is cuz its to the blackberry i currently USE!!! i would be sacrificing MY charger to someone else. Dont belittle me or my stuff because YOU dont like it!!!
