OMG my daughter just told me to make some for our dog. Too funny!!
Our dog weighs 125 pounds so no I am not putting them on my dog.
The only problem would be the dogs nails snagging on the yarn. You don't want to tear a nail. They bleed like a son of a gun. If you put a small sock on the dogs foot first, then put the booty on it should be fine. I assume your dog is small? These would look sooooo cute on a dog. I can make them higher if you like. And of course different colors too. Let me know. Thanks for asking. Faye

for a dog I would not put a bottom on it. Most dog shoes are made more like a tube. Since the dogs foot isn't really flat. I will practice making some and see how they work out. Thanks so much. Faye
