brand new condition android tablet. No scratches, no issues, has updated android market. I have childrens books loaded on it already as well as some apps. Plays avi movies, music files, has amazon kindle app, reads pdf books. Very nice beginner tablet.

Red case not included (we are keeping it for his kindle). I should have the black one that came with it- I will update it if I find it.
