What's the diameter of the ring in the second photo? 15.7 mm is size 5, 16.5 mm is size 6. Thanks!

I'm not quite sure how to measure that. I would say in the second photo it is about a size 4, the same diameter as a dime. but it is adjustable.

Is it tarnished at all?

slightly on the backside of the band and tail, but not to noticeable. I was going to see if there was anyway of buffing that little bit out. Let me know if you have suggestions.
