i went to my actions click on open then clicked on my auction and nothing with edit auction was available

I think you go into your auctions, click on the item and then at the top over the item is an edit auction feature

Just go to edit auction and then you can add additional photos. I agree with you completely. Free shipping and listia guarantee and you still get people asking for more while they insult you.
