another great ladies size XL I.N.C International Concepts brand dress/tunic. very gently worn. multi-colored beauty is washable and in almost new condition. embellished with seed beads at the neck and collar and closes to a 'keyhole' look with a hook and eye closure. paisley in gray, tan, black, brown, turquoise and red/orange. long sleeves are sheer but the rest of the top is lined. no rips, tears or stains.
