I've noticed there are others on Listia stealing my photos and using them in their own auctions. They're even copying parts of my auction descriptions and pasting it into their own auction descriptions! It's actually kind of funny, you'll notice their auction descriptions are full of spelling and grammatical errors except for the parts they stole from me. So I've decided to watermark all photos I upload from now on. I can't stop them from stealing my descriptions but I can deter them from stealing my photos.

I'm also willing to bet that my competition steals my idea about adding items to their photos to help bidders judge the size of their mailers. That's cool with me, I'll innovate and they can follow.
