Here is a brand new lighted dog collar, color blue. It is a size medium which is 15 1/2" - 19" to go around your dog's neck. Please measure carefully before bidding. The material is blue and it has 3 settings, solid blue lighting, slow flashing and fast flashing. It takes watch batteries when it needs replacing. Works great, I ordered the wrong size, lol, my lab didn't appreciate it! It has a regular type of clasp and also the ring if you want to attach the leash to it.
