Late-bloomer Cuellar was 29 before he threw more than a handful of innings, then was nothing short of a force for the next 9 years, winning 20+ games 4 times and a Cy Young Award in 1969 with the Baltimore Orioles, where he also pitched in 3 World Series, capturing a ring in 1970.
