In zone 7 we get frost! Is this a fast growing tree? Could it be grown in a pot and taken inside in the frost periods?

Sorry hit the wrong tab. I have this and they are a very very slow growing plant. Mine have been planted since the beginning of the year and are less then 15" tall.
