Here are four 12" x 12" pages from a K&Company BOXES PAPER CRAFTING PAD. You assemble the boxes by popping them out of the cardstock and folding along the scored lines. Each page has a photo of what the box looks like once it's been assembled. Many embellishments to punch out and decorate as well.
