Interesting correspondence from an irate lady, Mrs. E.R. Fuller of Bath, NY threatening to take Mr. L.H. Balcom of Bath, NY to task and legally for running his wagon across her lawn on several occasions. On a 1 cent Grant postcard. Mailed correctly and shipped free. Follows is the obituary of Mrs. Fuller. The death of Mrs. Catherine E.R. Fuller, 80, occurred at her home on North Street, Friday morning, January 25th, after an illness of about two weeks of grip and heart trouble which developed into pneumonia.
Mrs. Fuller was born in Plainfield, the daughter of Charles W. and Rhoda Collins Rogers. In 1868 she was united in marriage with Luther Wheeler of West Edmeston, who died 1897. Four years later she married Charles H. Fuller of Edmeston, he died little more than one year ago, since which time she had lived alone. Mrs. Fuller s is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Cora Chesebrough of Edmeston, four brothers, Carl who lives in the West, Mott Charles and Nathan of Leonardsville, one sister Mrs. Martha Dye of New Hartford and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held from her late home Monday afternoon, the Rev. J.F. Weinhauer officiating burial in Union cemetery.
