No I am sorry I dont. It comes it the origanal box that states it is a CZ but nothing about the band.

yes she is a bichon, i love her to death. spoiled rotten goes everywere with me has every toy they ever made ( i think we even have toys'r us in our living room.LOL) never had a daughter only had sons so shes my little girl.

Mine are males, one is half bichon and half cocker. A little bigger that the other one, but same personality. They are spoiled rotten, but I would trade them for any thing in the world. They are the sweetest breed I have ever had.
