Description: Do you have something in common with those going to heaven...or those going to hell?
Many people believe that the only correct answer to the question: how to get to heaven? It is: "you have to be a good person." However, how can we define a good person and who chooses what is good and what is bad? If you are a Catholic, the only correct way to get to heaven is to trust the Lord Jesus Christ. If you live up to his beliefs, you will go to heaven. Everyone has a sinful nature, and there is no person without sin, so you shouldn't worry if you have committed a sin. On the other hand, you should not be happy that you have committed this sin. Only God is the perfect being in the entire universe.Hell is the distance from God. There are few details in Scripture describing the situation of the rejected, but the essence of condemnation is the loss of God. Hell has been described in many ways, once as a fiery world full of red monsters with horns, and once as complete emptiness and no contact with God. None of us would like to be in a fiery sea or feel emptiness and loneliness. The catechism of the Catholic Church describes that the big ones who deserve it go to hell immediately after death, where they face what is called eternal fire and suffer terrible torments there. But who deserves the punishment from hell? What sins do you go to Hell for? In the catechism, we can read that those who die with a mortal sin on their conscience go to hell. Mortal sin is one committed in full awareness and also in complete consent. For a sin to be mortal, it must also be part of God's 10 Commandments.
