just go to the auction link and there's a refund my credit button
if it not pass the 30 days limit you can file a dispute
the system will give you back the credit in 4-5 days unless the person manualy agree to give it back to you early

oh..well give it time sometimes people don't check the site for days ...my advice is monitor the auction, click her profile to make sure she's still here and after a reasonable amt of day , file for your refund...you can always retract it if she comes through for you
